INTRODUCTION:

77 GHz millimeter wave automotive safety radar, CAR-A60-2 is the new generation short range wideband, high-resolution automotive radar sensor built with customizable cutting edge radar technologies. It is built on Millimeter wave technology allowing for ultra-low power consumption and low unit cost. The sensor’s highly integrated hardware, advanced radar signal processing algorithms enable 360 surround high-resolution detection when multiple units conﬁgured on the vehicle, and allow semi-autonomous or fully autonomous driving.

The ultra high range resolution, faster update rates, CAN-FD data link options make it a great solution to implement sensor fusion for ADAS and self-driving applications.

These millimeter wave radar sensors provide an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitored, ultra-accurate radar systems in industrial applications, such as building automation, factory automation, drones, material handling, traffic monitoring, and surveillance.

Millimeter Wave Radar Sensor Test Tools:

This Test demo is for CAR-A60-2 radar sensors test based on Windows OS. Connect with PC for testing, there are CAN tools needed in the sensor and PC connection, typical CAN tools is CANalyst-II and USB-CAN-2EU. For sample order, we normally offer 1 of CANalyst-II tools for user easier conect and test.
